Salon Policies:

Booking Amendments and/or Cancellations:
  • Changes to current bookings and cancellations must be made ASAP. Please ring and leave a message or message us on our social media ASAP.
SMS Confirmations:
  • SMS reminders will always send automatically the day before your appointment.
  • Please read the time and date, then respond YES if you are confirming the appointment.
  • Any other responses will not be recieved, please ring and leave a message or message us on our social media accounts ASAP.
  • If you do not recieve your text, please get in contact, your details may be out of date.
  • If we do not recieve a YES response, we will endeavour to contact you, however if you're uncontactable your appointment will be given to someone else on the cancellation list.
No Shows/ Short Notice Cancellation Fees:
  • 100% fee of the appointment for NO SHOWS.
  • 50% fee of the appointment for less than 24 hours notice.
  • All fees will need to be paid before another appointment can be attended/ made.
  • Repeat offenders will have future appointments automatically cancelled and may also be blacklisted, as this means other clients are missing out on valuable appointments. We are unable to fill appointments at such short notice.
Communication:
  • Every effort has been made for your voicemails to get through to us during our busy & closed hours. If you need to change/ cancel an appointment, then ring and leave a message as we will recieve it via email and we'll at least be aware within the correct timeframe. Alternatively, message us on our social media accounts.
Out Of Hours Contact:
  • All communication recieved out of hours will be answered by the end of the next business day,
In Hours Contact:
  • Please allow 24 hours for all communication recieved during business hours to be answered, we are booked back to back with our clients in the salon and rarely get the chance to respond in between salon appointments.
EFTPOS Fees:
  • We use Cloud Pay. All card transactions will incur a fee:
  • VISA 1.65%
  • MASTERCARD 1.65%
  • EFTPOS 35c
Sickness:
  • I understand that we can't always be well, however, we cannot afford to get sick either. If you are unwell, please reschedule. If we are unwell we will do the same.
